It seems that the mind-controlled wheelchairs are becoming reality when researchers at the Brain Science Institute (BSI) made a breakthrough via their research. According to their press release, it seems that the wheelchair can be controlled via an EEG cap which reads your brainwave. And what’s even astonishing is the fact that this particular cap will analyze these brain waves every 125 milliseconds, which I think is really top notch.
On the other hand, what’s even more impressive is the fact that the EEG cap system has an accuracy of 95 percent. This means that you can control your wheelchair around whereby 95 out of 100 times, it will obediently ‘listen’ to your brain commands.
When will these mind-controlled wheelchairs be available for the public, and at what price?
