Intel Arrandale Core i3 and Core i5 Processors |

Earlier, Intel disclosed that they will delay the launch of their next gen microprocessors for the market due to the widespread economic recession. Of course, Intel’s latest Arrandale chips features something rather new, whereby it will come in several variants, namely the Core i3 and Core i5 platform.
According to Intel, it seems that the company will be launching their microprocessors on January 7th. Also, the desktop Lynnfield Core i5 is classified as a quad-core processor, while the mobile processing solution for the Core i3 and Core i5 will have dual-core processor only. Personally, I find the mobile Core i5 to be very interesting indeed, whereby it will include a Turbo Boost functionality, which gives you the ability to overclock the processor.
