It seems that Qualcomm has promised to bring their Qualcomm Snapdragon processors to the next level, whereby future processors will have at least 800 MHz to 1GHz custom superscalar CPU based, which would be based on the latest ARM v7 instruction set.
According to Qualcomm, they mentioned that these chips will support 720p video encoding and decoding at an astounding 30fps. There’s also integrated 2D and 3D graphics as well, which will support OpenGL ES 2.0 and OpenVG 1.1. On the other hand, the Snapdragon processor will also support 5.1 channel surround sound, as well as a 12 megapixel camera sensor as well.
